Environmental Excellence Award

Note

Legal concerns forced us to discontinue this initiative in early 2002, before it was launched. It was however considered to be of potential value by member countries, especially in regard to the promotion of ‘green investment’ and has therefore not been deleted from this website.

The TumenNET Environmental Excellence Award is an activity under the AWARE component and aims to publicise environmental protection concepts in the wider community, involve local business and the corporate sector and, provide media opportunities for politicians.
